At Be Well, our evidence-based Bone Health & Strengthening Program is designed for women and men to improve bone health, muscle strength, balance and overal
confidence.

To help our community build stronger bones and bodies through evidence-backed movement. We believe age or diagnosis shouldn't be a barrier to strength.

Progressive exercises designed to reduce fracture and fals risk, bringing together safe, targeted movements that have been scientificaly proven to work.

What's Included

High-intensity resistance and impact training, tailored and supervised by a qualified physiotherapist

Progressive Resistance Training

Using weights to strengthen joints such as shoulders, hips, spine, knees and ankles - the most common sites of osteoporotic fracture.

Impact-Style Exercises

Low-volume, controlled impact to stimulate bone formation in a safe and supervised way.

Postural & Balance Work

Enhance stability, reduce falls, and improve confidence in daily movement.

Education & Habit-Building

Guidance on safe lifting, nutrition for bone health, and how to integrate bone-friendly movement into everyday life.

Example Exercises

Each exercise is carefully guided to ensure proper form and maximum safety. You’ll be closely supervised throughout every movement.
