In this seven-week course, Senior Master Chin Min will provide expert instruction in the practice of Tai Chi and Qi Gong. Students will learn movements that help maintain strength, flexibility and balance, as well as increase energy levels and improve wellbeing.
Senior Master will also share the history and philosophy of these ancient practices.
By the end of the course, you will know the basic set of Tai Chi and Qi Gong movements, which you can practice anytime, anywhere, for the rest of your life.
We are privileged to have secured Senior Master Chin Min, who commenced martial arts training in 1970, culminating in a Karate Black Belt in 1979.
In the early 1980s, Senior Master began seeking tutelage from various tai chi masters in his native Malaysia, including from the renowned Chin Woo Martial Arts School and the Shanghai Institute of Sports in China under the watchful eyes of Professor Chew Ping Xiang.
In 1989, he co-founded Celestial Tai Chi College in Melbourne, and has taught many thousands of people the art, wisdom and benefits of Tai Chi and Qi Gong.
