Screen Time and a Child's Brain on Pause

In a small pilot study, kids with more daily screen time showed weaker brain signals when asked to pause and think before reacting, even though their outward behaviour looked completely normal. It’s early evidence, but it hints that screens may be shaping self-control in ways we can’t see from the outside.
