Common Questions
Questions About the Body & Lifestyle Program
Absolutely. The program suits all fitness levels. Your Senior Physio begins with a personalised assessment and builds your entire 12-week journey around your current fitness level and goals. Not a one-size-fits-all template.
Most participants commit 3 to 4 hours per week. A typical week includes a supervised strength or fitness session, access to relevant classes from our timetable, and optional use of our recovery suite. Your Senior Physio checks in regularly to keep you on track and adjust the plan as needed.
Be Well is not a gym. You receive a personalised assessment, a structured 12-week plan, and ongoing support from a Senior Physiotherapist and multidisciplinary team. Every session has purpose. You also have access to physiotherapy, psychology, massage, and our recovery suite, all under the one roof.
No referral is needed. We begin with a complimentary phone consultation followed by a comprehensive physiotherapy-led assessment at our Hawthorn studio. From there, your entire program is built around your individual results.
Results vary based on your starting point and commitment, but most participants report improved strength, energy, and body composition within the first four weeks. Our data shows an average 18% improvement in key health markers across the 12 weeks. Many members describe it as turning back the clock on their body by 10 to 15 years.
There's no contract and no lock-in. If you need to withdraw for any reason, simply let us know and we'll find the best path forward. No penalty.
At the end of your 12 weeks, you'll have new habits, improved health markers, and a clear picture of next steps. Many members continue with a Be Well membership to maintain results. Your team will help you plan whatever comes next.
Yes. Free on-site parking is available for Be Well members and program participants. We're located at 6 Roche St, Hawthorn VIC 3122, with easy access from Glenferrie Road.
Yes. Access to Be Well classes and our Restore Well recovery suite (including infrared sauna, hydrotherapy baths, compression therapy, and more) is integrated into your program where appropriate. Your physio will guide you on what's most beneficial for your goals.
