At Be Well, we work in 12-week blocks. Each one has a clear start, a clear end, and a review in between. Four blocks fit neatly into a calendar year, with four weeks left over for holidays. It keeps health from feeling like a vague, endless project.

Your five-stage Well-On-Track journey

Initial Assessment
Establish your base
Your physiotherapist covers your health history, current movement, past injuries and goals. The assessment may include an examination on a massage table and simple movements such as bending and reaching.
Two tools give you a precise, objective baseline: the Styku scan and the AgeMeter analysis.
Styku Scan
Stand on a turntable for 30 to 40 seconds. A non-invasive 3D image of your body is created and used as your baseline.
AgeMeter Analysis
A 20-minute analysis that reports your Functional Age alongside your Chronological Age, benchmarked against a global database across:
- Memory
- Hearing
- Reaction speed
- Lung capacity
- Coordination

Your physiotherapist builds a roadmap tailored to your goals, your schedule, and the movement and recovery you prefer. Not a template. Yours.
Your first step will include HUR Onboarding: a Be Well Keeper orients you to the HUR machines, calibrates them to you, and issues your HUR Card.
