Our Team and Studio

No referral is needed. You can book directly with Patrick, Natalie, or Sabine through the Be Well Australia app or by calling (03) 8851 9686. All three physiotherapists offer musculoskeletal assessment, rehabilitation, and clinical Pilates referrals as part of their regular practice.

Yes. Dr Kate is our resident Clinical Psychologist, holding a Doctorate in Clinical and Forensic Psychology and registered with the Australian Psychological Society. She offers evidence-based therapy for depression, anxiety, trauma, and a wide range of life challenges. Medicare rebates are available for eligible sessions.

Remedial massage, provided by Megan, is a targeted clinical treatment for musculoskeletal conditions including chronic back pain, tension headaches, and injury rehabilitation. It is claimable on most private health funds. Therapeutic massage, provided by Amanda, focuses on whole-body restoration: reducing cortisol, improving circulation, supporting immunity, and releasing both physical and emotional tension. Both are available to book via the Be Well Australia app.

Yes. Personal training is available with our accredited trainers and can be booked one-on-one through the Be Well Australia app or by contacting the studio. If you are unsure which trainer is the best fit for your goals, our team is happy to guide you at your first visit.

Absolutely. All group classes welcome participants of every level, and our instructors provide modifications and personalised cues so that beginners feel as supported as experienced movers. If you are new to reformer Pilates or yoga, our team is happy to walk you through the basics before your first class.

The easiest way is through the Be Well Australia app, where you can view each practitioner's availability and book directly. You can also call the studio on (03) 8851 9686 or email us at bewell@bewell.com.au and one of our Keepers will connect you with the right person.

Health and Longevity

Strength training is one of the most evidence-backed interventions for healthy ageing. Regular resistance work helps maintain muscle mass, preserve bone density, improve balance and coordination, support metabolic health, and reduce the risk of falls and fractures as we get older. Our physiotherapists and trainers design programs that build functional strength safely at every stage of life, so you can keep doing the things you love for longer.

Physiotherapy is central to long-term health because it addresses the root causes of pain and movement limitation rather than managing symptoms alone. A physiotherapist can identify postural imbalances, movement dysfunctions, and early signs of joint degeneration before they become serious problems, keeping you active, mobile, and independent for longer. The earlier you address an issue, the better the long-term outcome.

Most research suggests two to three sessions per week is sufficient to experience meaningful improvements in mobility, core strength, posture, and stress levels. That said, consistency over months and years matters far more than frequency in any given week. Our instructors are happy to help you find a sustainable schedule that fits your lifestyle and evolves with your goals.

The evidence is clear that mental and physical health are deeply interconnected. Chronic stress elevates cortisol, which drives inflammation, disrupts sleep, and accelerates cellular ageing. Conversely, regular movement, quality recovery, and psychological support all reduce the physiological burden of stress and contribute meaningfully to a longer, healthier life. That is why our studio brings physiotherapy, psychology, movement, and recovery under one roof.
