What our members say
“Everyone needs a Megan Coulton in their lives. My Tuesday massage is one of the highlights of my week.”
I initially started working with Amanda in 2009 to help with stress relief and to support an ongoing challenge with my lower back. I have had massages with a number of practitioners over the years and none have given anywhere near the holistic value I have found with Amanda. She has helped me navigate some significant life challenges and has constantly shown herself to be a quality human.

This depends on your condition and goals. For acute injuries, weekly sessions are often recommended initially, tapering to fortnightly or monthly as you improve. For maintenance, most clients book monthly. Megan will give you a clear recommendation after your first assessment.

Tension headaches are often caused by tightness in the muscles of the neck, shoulders and upper back. Remedial massage can help by releasing trigger points and reducing muscle tension in these areas, which are frequently the source of referred pain into the head. Regular sessions with Megan can reduce both the frequency and intensity of tension headaches over time.
