Questions about Body & Lifestyle Program

Absolutely! The Body&Lifestyle Program is designed to be inclusive and accessible for everyone, regardless of experience or fitness level.

Your journey begins with a comprehensive assessment by one of our expert physiotherapists. Based on this assessment, we’ll create a personalised program tailored specifically to your goals, needs, and abilities—ensuring you feel confident and supported every step of the way.

Anybody and Every Body!

You will have 3 credits per week to use for classes or recovery sessions, plus 3 weekly accesses to our HUR Smart Resistance equipment. For the best results, we warmly encourage you to use all your credits each week.

We understand that you have other demands on your time, so you’re welcome to book your sessions on the Be Well app at times that best suit you.

We’re open from 7am to 8pm weekdays, and 8am to 5pm on Saturday and Sunday. With over 70 classes each week, there are plenty of options to fit your schedule!

We understand that circumstances can change or that you may find the program is not the right fit for you.

You can withdraw at any time. You’ll only be charged for the weeks you’ve participated—no questions asked.

For those who selected the Pay Upfront option, we will refund you for any unused weeks. Simply let us know when you wish to withdraw, and we’ll process your refund quickly and smoothly.

HUR Smart Resistance is advanced fitness technology that adapts to your strength levels. It monitors your progress through capturing your data, which is stored in a confidential, personal profile. Developed by Helsinki University to provide a safe, efficient way to build strength and improve overall fitness.

Yes, absolutely! You have complete freedom to choose which classes or recovery sessions to attend based on your preferences and goals.

You can book these sessions through our app up to 14 days in advance. If your plans change, you can cancel or reschedule with at least 4 hours' notice without losing your credit.

A staff member will reach out to you weekly to assess your progress, address any concerns, and adjust your program as needed to ensure you're on track to meet your health and fitness goals.

  • Continue Your Momentum: Sign up for another 12-Week Body & Lifestyle Program.
