Tonia is passionate about helping people to improve their sleep. She recognises the impact that poor sleep has on our physical and mental health, our work, our families, and our relationships. Tonia approaches her work with compassion and kindness, providing gold standard treatment for insomnia, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia (CBTI). She has a special interest in the impact of menopause on sleep and aging and sleep.
