How Does Kinesiology Work?
Kinesiology uses muscle monitoring to identify imbalances in the body’s energy system. Once the imbalances are identified, Amanda will use a variety of techniques to correct them, including:
- Trigger points.
- Acupressure.
- Mindset techniques.
- Remedies, such as flower essences and essential oils.
- Nutritional counselling.

At our first session together, I will invite you to share your specific health & wellbeing needs and aspirations.
I will ask questions such as:

- have you been diagnosed with MS or an autoimmune disease?

- Are you experiencing digestive issues, physical pain, anxiety or depression?
I will then explain the way kinesiology may be able to assist you to address your needs and concerns, and help you realise your aspirations.
About Amanda
After overcoming paralysis at age 29 from multiple sclerosis (MS) with the help of kinesiology, Amanda became a trained practitioner as well as a patient. Her expert knowledge combined with personal experience is why clients love working with her.
Among her many qualifications, Amanda has diplomas in: Anatomy & Physiology Kinesiology; Sports Kinesiology; and, Applied Nutrition and Human Metabolism.
