Find Mind-Body Connection and Emotional Clarity with our group therapy course

Discover how accepting and bringing mindful awareness to your inner experiences (thoughts, emotions, beliefs and values), can help you to live your life in a way that is fulfilling for you. It is human to have emotions, so moments of discomfort are unavoidable; but we don’t have to suffer as a result. We can learn ways of attuning to the needs our mind and body are communicating, and how to take intentional action in line with our personal values.

5 week Mindfulness and Acceptance group therapy course

Starting July 13 – August 10
Saturday mornings 10:30am-12pm

The 5 week course is an investment of $575 but if you enrol and pay before June 15th 2024 you receive a $150 discount, making it only $425 for the entire course.

The in-person group therapy sessions at Be Well will be facilitated by Kate O’Brien, Clinical Psychologist – our in-house psychologist with over a decade of experience helping people to know, live with and trust their inner experiences.

Aside from the weekly sessions themselves there will also be additional exercises to do, to consolidate what we are learning each week.
