My favourite day of the week is Sunday. It’s a day reserved for our granddaughter, Sophia who is 2 years old and it’s full-on! We chase her around the garden, attempt toddler-level yoga on the rug, and she lives on my hip.

With the wonderful news that we have another grandchild on the way, it’s become more evident than ever why I prioritise my health. I want to be the grandparent who has the energy and strength to keep up, for both of them, and for any that may follow.
