Absolutely! The Body&Lifestyle Program is designed to be inclusive and accessible for everyone, regardless of experience or fitness level.

Your journey begins with a comprehensive assessment by one of our expert physiotherapists. Based on this assessment, we’ll create a personalised program tailored specifically to your goals, needs, and abilities—ensuring you feel confident and supported every step of the way.

Anybody and Every Body!

We understand that circumstances can change or that you may find the program is not the right fit for you.

You can withdraw at any time. You’ll only be charged for the weeks you’ve participated—no questions asked.

For those who selected the Pay Upfront option, we will refund you for any unused weeks. Simply let us know when you wish to withdraw, and we’ll process your refund quickly and smoothly.

The choice is yours! At the end of your 12-week journey, you have several options:

  • Take a Pause: Step back and reflect on your progress.
  • Continue Your Momentum: Select the membership option that best suits your ongoing Health & Wellness journey.
