Things we need you to know about your membership.

Important things to know about your membership before signing up:

  • There is a minimum membership requirement of 12 weeks. You cannot cancel or freeze your membership during this time. 
  • After the first 12 weeks, if you do nothing, your membership with automatically renew, and you will continue tobe charged each week.
  • After the first 12 weeks, you can cancel your membership by giving us 28 days notice, via email. 
  • You can ‘freeze’ your membership for up to 6 weeks every year, after the first 12 weeks.
  • You must cancel any booked visits by the app, and give 12 hours notice for classes, or your session will be lost. 
  • You must give 24 hours notice for cancellation of any appointment, or the full fee will be required. 
  • Unsupervised HUR classes outside 5 sessions. 
  • Psychology, Dietician, Remedial and Therapeutic Massage Therapy, and any additional Physiotherapy appointments are charged in addition to your membership.

Our Clinical Exercise and Pilates program isn’t a one-size-fits-all solution but a customised plan designed around your unique needs.
Strength and Fitness
A special part of our offering at Be Well is that you can speed your rehabilitation through unlimited access to our specialised resistance equipment, called HUR. Designed by Helsinki University, this is the safest and most well proven form of gaining strength and improving fitness for people undergoing rehabilitation from surgery or injury.
Clinical Pilates classes - 1 pw
Clinical Pilates classes are led by qualified physiotherapists who have completed formal Pilates training. This means that you will complete a safe and effective program under their guidance.
In a clinical Pilates class, you will perform a series of exercises that are tailored to your individual needs. The exercises are designed to target specific muscle groups and improve your overall body awareness. You will use specialized equipment such as reformers, cadillacs, and barrels to perform the exercises. The equipment is designed to provide resistance and support, which helps to improve your strength and flexibility.
